search on Wikipedia it tells about the live action avatar movie

no, that's a misquote.  if you click it, it starts talking about aliens taking over human bodies to become avatars.  the James Cameron "avatar" movie has no relation to the last airbender.

well, did you see the last episode?  whatcha think?  i'ma watch it again in a half hour.  i have nick1 and nick2.  Grin Cool

I watched parts of the last few episodes, but I'm so not going back to catch up with the episodes before them.

Its not a misquote cause if you read on it says that they have to call it "The Last Airbender"

a futuristic alien body snatchers has no relation to Aang.

here's a quote from clicking on it (and yes it does say "last airbender," it's not a misquote on your behalf, but on behalf of wiki)

Quote
In director James Cameron's original script treatment of Avatar, a man tries to make his way as a miner by combining with an alien during an interplanetary war in which aliens can manifest themselves by possessing human bodies — avatars.[2]

When Avatar was titled "Project 880", a casting call was put out in June 2006 with a plot description provided, saying, "In the future, Jake, a paraplegic war veteran is brought to another planet, Pandora, which is inhabited by the Na'vi, a humanoid race with their own language and culture. Those from Earth find themselves at odds with each other and the local culture."[3]

In December 2006, Cameron described Avatar as "a futuristic tale set on a planet 200 years hence... an old-fashioned jungle adventure with an environmental conscience... [that] aspires to a mythic level of storytelling."[4] The January 2007 press release described the film: "Avatar is also an emotional journey of redemption and revolution. It is the story of a wounded ex-marine, thrust unwillingly into an effort to settle and exploit an exotic planet rich in bio-diversity, who eventually crosses over to lead the indigenous race in a battle for survival," and "We're creating an entire world, a complete ecosystem of phantasmagorical plants and creatures, and a native people with a rich culture and language."[5]

non of that is about fire, water, air, or earth bending.

Man Prince Zuko all the way!
Especially on that finale... how he at that point had earned surplass honor, without realizing till that point. I swear I felt all emotional.
Just hte dude has been through a lot, and I respect that, and can relate!

Also Sokka, just because of his sense of humor, AND the fact that he isn't completly worthless standing next to these great benders.
He acutually is a freakin genius travler, warrior, and swordsman.

The best chemistry between characters I would say is Zuko, and his Uncle. and Zuko and Mae....
Just because they are soo dang emo, and non emotional at times, it's hilarious.

Alright now tell me if yall side with me on this or not,,, but the last episode I was sooo ready for Azula to DIE!
as well as the FireLord... but when of course they miraculously write around that final episode so where they didn't... I didn't really digg that at all. Yeah yeah I know how much Ang has a heart of gold, and doesn't want to take anyone else's life.. but still  If anything atleast Kill Azula!!!

Yung, your a man after my own heart.

when Aang touched Ozai, i didn't know what to expect.  the giant turtle thing was confusing but, i got all goose bumps and all.  it's cool how they danced around the Pheonix King's death and just made it a punishment.  but you got a point about Azula, come on!  they didn't really close her end of the stroy out, just like Jet.  did you see the Ember Isle Players?  Zuko asked if Jet died and Sokka answered "it was unclear."  i about died laughing myself.  cause the fanfare around that was huge.  and they non-chalantly pass it off again!!! lol.

but i definately love Zuko and Iroh.  it kinda reminds me of Anikin and Obi Wan.

AWWW c-mon seriously! When I saw that episode, i was just like, "You've got to be kidding me!"
Jet was the only one that really appeared to have "die" and they will capitalize on the fact that no one really saw him die. In all reality, if someone saw anyone at that position, and didn't actually see the moment where they stopped breatheing, they would still tell everyone
"yeah he died"
But dang writers, it must have something to do with the fact that its a Nickalodeon show.
Yeah i'll tolerate The Fire Lord, (or the Phoenix King's) taking away of bending abilities, or w.e. But Azula I think is more evil than her father, or Azula is just more out there, and we don't see much of the Fire Lord doing Squat except for sitting on his throne surrounded by fire. I got nothing really against the Fire Lord either, but Azula... ergh espeically on that last episode how crazy she was getting... dang

for real, girl has issues.  cutting her hair for being rebellous. lol

but when she was chained down, that was still scary.  how are they gonna imprison her?  she's a powerful bender and would probably easily break out of any jail.  boiling rock can't hold her, heck, it couldn't even hold zuko!  i agree, they should have closed her story up a little bit better.

being a nick cartoon, is the reason no one "died" for sure.  they didn't want to scare kids.

i think they just need to come out with a second series.  the show was too awesome to let go.  Embarrassed

I completly agree with all the-above. But I think the 2nd Series would of course be a new avatar... I'm just trying to fathom, how would they bring Air-Bending back into play.. Ang could always have a kid with Katara, and that could be the new avatar or something.. eh who knows?
