lol i have the same problem but with me cell phone i had so many problems when i got it but know after sitting on the phone for wat seems like an hour it is all good lol

LOL! That's torture! At least you have some patience enough to do that. Also, to "fix" your problem do they give you useless information? Like we were offline on the computer one time and my mom pressed all those buttons, was on hold for a half hour, and the solution was to go ONLINE to comcast.net. ??? Glad you got to switch it out!

I remember when I called my local phone company... on a Saturday It ringed around three times and then I got an answering machine stating that their opening hours are Monday thru Fridays 7- 5. After that I was immediately disconnected. I felt so stupid. Also sometimes when I call my dad on his cell phone, it immediately switches to his voice mail. at least i dont use the same network he does... anyways laterz, KJ T.H.F.C yannick(st.maarten's KJ fanboy)<-----LOL

Yes another person that understands the pain! i get the last name thing all the time.... i hate it! i dont have an iPOD but i do call in for stuff like concert tickets and other junk that really isnt worth my time but then in the end actually is........ have you ever had the telemarketers call and say is this mister soandso and mispronounce your last name? now that gets on my nerves because if they're gonna bug you at least get your name right! l8r dudes and dudettes Ida

I hate that! I also do those radio contest things (I know I wont win, but, why not try?) Heres the drill I go through when I do em: I call, I get the busy signal, I hang up, I try again. (try doin that about 100x) Out of all the conests I did, I only got through once. I was caller number 1, but I needed to be caller number 10. :( I was pretty darn close to throwing the phone out the window.

Yesterday I called the internet provider because my computer was messin up!! and after about 7 or so ?, it said, "please hold for the next avalable representative!! so I hold and hold and hold!! After about an hour or so of mere torture I get hold of a live person!! then they told me they couldnt help me!! It made me so mad!! >:( But I got over it and fixed it myself :D lots of love, montana

I got an pod for my birthday but it's one of those shuffles or nano's don't know which. Anyway your totally right about the music on hold. It's really boring.
