what is up all my lil tweezers and tweezettes,
I’m currently on the plane heading from Alabama to Phoenix AZ. for a get motivated seminar.. I’ve been in Springvile AL. for the last 3 days (arrived on Sat. evening, performed twice on Sunday and left today on Monday). We rocked a Sunday morning w/ the church who put the event on (shout out to all yall.. you made us really feel @ home) and then a free concert that evening (oh yeah and I performed for the children’s chuch.. that took me back in the day). This was the first weekend that I haven’t had a revolve tour date in a long while so it felt kind of weird not heading out and doing something like that but it was also cool to have a few extra days off.
Man.. the time goes by so quickly! It’s hard to believe how much my son is growing! He’s starting to get a real personality these days along w/ forming sort of gibberish words like … mamamamamamama, dadadadadaaddadadad.. etc.. I don’t think he’s necessarily talking yet but the noises he’s making cracks me up.
Oh yeah btw something cool came about this week (or possibly will be coming about) it looks like CBS cold case will be licensing “your gonna make it” for an upcoming episode (possibly in the next two weeks). It was crazy how it was almost not gonna happen and then @ the last second God came through to make it work (too long to explain what went down.. but suffice to say it was one of the situations that makes you see that God is in control)
Anyway.. here is my observations on this week:
Crocs:
Ok ok… it’s funny how as soon as you say something .. well anyway this guy came in rocking some of them and wouldn’t leave me alone till I tried em on. I can’t front.. they are comfortable.. BUT ON PRINCIPLE ALONE .. I will not be wearing em.
Comb-overs:
Ok I understand if your hair is thinning and you want to compensate by combing over one side to cover up a balding patch on your head BUT.. if you’ve gone bald completely combing over one strand on your bald head is not going to convince anyone. I saw this guy in the airport (a little on the older side) who combed over one strand across his head.. to me it’s like either shave it all off or let it shine in it’s glory… one strand is just a bad look.
Or just don’t do the Benny Hinn combover and start @ your ear and comb it all the way over to the other side… lol.
Sunsets/cool weather/rain:
Ok so it’s finally cooled down a little in Florida to the point where I can sit on my back porch or out in the backyard and stare @ the sunset w/ my son on my lap… yep it doesn’t get much better than that. The other night it was down pouring rain around 10pm and I just sat out there on my porch (it was a little cool out) and just had the greatest prayer time etc.. and while I’m not really a super outdoorsy person .. it was cool to just be able to soak up what was going on.

. I was wondering if you could pray 4 me I havent been making the best decissions lately. Last friday I got suspended from school for slaping a boy across the face and then he slaped me back so he got suspended also but I just need a word of incouragement. I know I have horrible spelling!!! sometimes it gets really bad. Well I will talk to u later 
I just got back not too long ago. It was amazing at Revolve. You might not remember me. Well, when you were there on Saturday at the Wachovia, you probably remember some girl saying "Hey KJ!! Sup?" And you just turned around and did this head nod thing (don't really know why people do that. but whatever). It was so funny cos then everyone just turned around and went "that's kj 52! omg!" it was over 1030 break. And then you might remember me as the tube sock girl who went nutso when she saw hawk nelson. Yes, that's me. I saw you backstage when I left my keys back there. I had to go back there and grab them. It was about five minutes before the Q&A session. You were standing next to Rachel.
