Wow it's great to be over the junk from last week... I think I sleptwalked through the whole entire week.. I think I had a slight sinus infection so i took some zyrtec and the side effects of the stuff make you so DROWSY..  All I can look back on from last week is me lethargically passed out on the couch in the den while my son keeps biting my feet.... (dont ask.. he 's in a vampire stage I think).  WOW it was torture and on top of that it completely throws off my productivity in a lot of ways (which i think for me is worse than being sick).

I'm just feeling so much better now and I have so much more energy in order to tackle this week's tasks, today I woke up and the weather is a crisp 70ish feeling w/ a light breeze ( I sound like a weatherman) but overall IT'S JUST NICE!  Even though I'm feeling a lil stuffed up right now.. I'm not going back to that zyrtec stuff, zombies are cool for movies not for feeling like you are one.. 

Want to also say a happy valentines day out there for all those that have a special someone and for those that don't... don't sweat it.  Valentines is mostly just for flower industry to stay afloat (trust me .. I used to deliver them around that time... not a fun job).  

Anyway w/ that in mind.. here is my weekly observations...

Blockbuster video:

I have come to the conclusion that all things video rental wise are now considered WACK IN MY BOOK.  I can't believe how much money I've shelled out over the years in late fees... which you may be saying... KJ be responsible.. RETURN YA JUNK ON TIME!!  But in this day and age of  no return dates and apple itunes now offering downloadle rentals.... GOODBYE BLOCKBUSTER NIGHTS!  I dont know if its the feeling of when your checking out and then they hit you w/ .... "oh sir you have a late fee of 3.17 on your account" that hits you like "Aggggggrrrhhhhh".  Or maybe it's the junky way of whatever movie you want to see is never there (and they leave the title on the shelf to sit there and torture you) ... DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE THE PRESSURES OF FINDING A MOVIE THAT ME AND THE WIFEY LIKE...

All I can say is... I'm done (and i just realized I'm late on returning the movies we rented... they got me again!!!).

Tying/speaking in rap speak:

Yo waz up dis iz kjizzle.. whatz the dizzle dizzawwwggg... fuh rizzyy... u knowz howz we rizzolllzzz...     I wonder sometimes why people feel the need to relate to me in "rap speak" i.e. tying w/ all "z's" instead of "s's" or just going over the top when I meet then w/ waaayyyyy too much slang.  I direct this to all out there... you don't need to relate to me by using tons of phonetic spellling and/or over the top slang.  Let's be real .. if you're really apart of this culture or your "down" (whatever that means) people will know... if you're not not amount of "Dawg" will make you legit.  JUST BE YOURSELF... lol.  I LOVE YOU JUST THE WAY YOU ARE!

Mayonaise:

I had an ephiany this week as I was eating my disgusting turkey and ham wrap from 7eleven (I was desperately hungry...) i really dislike and am repulsed by mayonaise.  I think because it has the consistency of nasal snot that has me disgusted.  ****Please pause w/ the white folk mayo jokes****  But despite the fact mayo isnt really that good for you... I think it now officially nauseates me ...  or maybe it was just because 7eleven makes disgusting turkey/ham wraps... not sure.

I just came back from Hume Lake Winter Camp and i totally know how you feel with the zombie thing...I don't even have a clue why I'm like this.
Have you ever had to cancel a show because you had laringitis? The lead singer in Campaign (the band playing at Hume) had laringitis and a councelor had to fill in. I can't talk either but i can't decide if it was from all the screaming at broom hockey (we made it to the semi-finals) and chapel or if i caught whatever Jake had...I'm running a fever so...

sorry to hear you weren't feeling well. i'm on zyrtec year round for allergies here in the lehigh valley (pa),thankfully it doesn't make me drowsy.saw the coolest thing on oprah, a nettie pot to flush your sinuses, sounds gross but it really works!
maybe feed the kid some cereal so he doesn't have to nibble your toes!
thing about mayo, it really smells bad too!!!
hope the next time you are up this way for a show, you can bring the wife and kid,it would be neat to meet them!!

hey.its q.i just wanted to say i am with you and the whole zombie feeling.last week i caught a cold while i was at a retreat with my youth group and the whole rest of the week i felt so out of it that it nearly drove me to the brink of insanity.jk.not really but it did get on my nerves.anyway i never liked having to pick a movie to watch either because what a movie i want to see,no one else wants see.so yea its kinda unfair.but,hey,thats life.what can you do?

Speaking of renting movies, two weeks ago I rented Pirates of the Caribbean 2. Yea i am the one who saw it last i think!! :-/ Then on Friday of two weeks ago my dad ordered Pirates 3 off of PPV and we watched it w/ my sister Rachel that moved out. I was like WOW dude, KJ 52 (five-two) just replied to my emails. im going to call the teenhelpline one of these days. thanks 4 the #. this kid in my class he loves mayno; u can see it always dripping from his sandwiches. about the slang language, im not kinna used to it and sometimes it is hard to stop. im not talking about "dawg" kinna slang. KJ, I know this has nothing to do with anything in this blog but I really just want to say thank you. I don't even care if your eyes ever come across this, but thank you so much for writing "For the Ladies" and "Fanmail" and "Daddy's Girl". None of it directly relates to me but when I'm feeling hurt and invisible to my friends, I listen to the songs and it makes me feel so much better. When no one can see me and I feel like God's my only friend...I'm not gonna lie, lately it hasn't been enough...I feel like you're my friend who tries to comfort me and remind me to turn back to Christ.
It feels so good to finally vent to at least the computer about this. I'm stressed out from school, my life feels like a mess, and anyone who cares (like 3 people) thinks it's all fine. My mom basically hates me, everyone plays jokes on me (well, at least they notice me), and I just hate the way they all act. Two things can keep me going at these times: God and you. I'm not just saying that.
I'm sorry to whoever's reading this and just saying "Oh, that selfish person! All shecan talk about is herself!"

Your song "Cry No More," has effected my life in a positive way. That is hillarious that people talk to you like that!!! It's one thing if they are used to talking that way but if they never talk slang that would be sooooooooooooooo funny! They should put somehting like that in a comedy movie. It's like learning another language. Other languages r cool though. lol BTW I LOVE UR MUSIC. for some reason that makes me laugh soooo much. rofl
